HOW?
There are two ways I offer hypnotherapy for Anxiety

The train or the photograph album - I can take you back to the past on a train where you jump off at stations and see the events which may have triggered your anxiety. Or take you through a photo album and your brain will automatically tune in to a photograph linking you to the event.

Alternatively I can use Past Life Regression to take you back to a past life.
Some believe we have genetic memory passed to us from a past life lived by an ancestor for example a grandparent.

If your grandparent had anxiety then maybe it has been passed to you.

Whatever way I take you, once you see the event in question I work with you using NLP to help you see it differently. Once you see it differently your brain re-registers the event as a non-threat.

i also work with you with positive reinforcement and confidence boosting.
