Today I have had such a lovely day in the studio carrying out my therapies and then preparing for my Shoulder & Back Release Workshop this Saturday.
This afternoon I set aside some admin time writing my full workshop plan while sitting in the wee tea house at the centre, enjoying a few coffees and getting everything just right for the class. As you can see from my photo, I am a wee bit bleary-eyed after spending a good few hours working through all the details… but I love doing this part. I want every workshop I run to feel thoughtful, therapeutic, and really worth your time.
This Saturday’s workshop sold out quickly & I am so looking forward to working with this lovely small group. I keep these classes to only 6 people, I can give everyone individual attention and make it feel much more personal.

✨ SHOULDER & BACK RELEASE WORKSHOP
✨ 2 HOURS OF DEEP THERAPEUTIC EASE
If your shoulders feel tight, your back feels stiff, or your body has been calling out for a proper release… this workshop is designed exactly for that.
This session combines my work as a Clinical Sports Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, bringing together movement, hands-on therapy, and deep relaxation.
The workshop includes:
🧘♀️ Gentle Yoga
To warm the body and prepare the muscles for deeper release
💆♀️ Hands-On Trigger Point Therapy
Releasing tension in shoulders, neck, upper back, lower back, QL and hips (over clothes)
🤸♀️ PNF Stretching
Safe, targeted stretching performed by me to improve flexibility
🌿 Supported Restorative Postures & Meditation
To calm the nervous system and allow the body to fully let go
💛 Individual Therapeutic Attention
Small group of only 6 people so everyone receives hands-on support
This workshop is perfect if you:
