I am passionate about promoting Holistic Therapies to help improve health and wellbeing. I hold Diploma's in Reiki level 1 and 2, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy and Eastern Body Massage. I also give Angel Card Readings. There are more therapies coming soon such as Clinical Reflexology and much more. I also retail Crystal Jewellery, candles, books and all things that little different. Just had the best day celebrating the Autumn Equinox at an amazing drumming circle and just look at my wee cat curling up in my cushions 😹Autumn Equinox 🍁and everything about this season is simply magic 💫💫💫It is a time of balance as day and night are of equal length all over our planet. Get yourself outdoors and celebrate all the magic in nature. One of the most amazing magic is how green plants such as trees transform light into energy producing oxygen which we breath and as we breath out we produce carbon dioxide which the trees breath in (yes trees breath!!!) After today we begin to lose the light as darkness starts to win over light. Green plants get their green colour from stored sunlight & as the days get shorter there is less light, the green pigment fades revealing the leaves reds, oranges and gold colours. It is a time of nature shedding its leaves & we can mirror this by letting go of what no longer serves us!! This is a time of transition as we leave the warmth of Summer behind & prepare for winter. Wish making ritual - get yourself a red, orange or gold ribbon. Hold your ribbon in both hands. Charge it with your wish or healing energy by meditating your intentions. Tie your ribbon to the branch of a tree of your choice. Bury a hematite crystal at the trunk of the tree. Place your hands on the tree and give thanks. Then believe in your wish and wait for it to manifest.Enjoy the magic of the season all 🍁💫🍂🙏 Llana xx

✨🌙 Detox & Flow: A Potion for Lightness & Renewal 🌙✨

Another great wee day in the studio. Today one of my clients asked me to create an Aromatherapy Blend that would help with Detox, Lymphatic Drainage and support weight loss. My client asked me to tailor her therapy to support this. I love when I get a challenge like this so got my thinking cap on 🤔

I created a beautiful blend of grapefruit, lemon, juniper berry, cypress and a tiny wee touch of ginger 🍋 This was all geared at letting the body and mind release both physically and spiritually. This blend is uplifting, supports energy levels encourages detoxification and helps to raise vitality. The treatment was a combination of Lymphatic Drainage Massage, abdominal massage and Clinical Reflexology using this beautiful blend. I also took my client on a guided meditation using the energy of the sea to cleanse 🌊

I cannot express how much I love my work & absolutely love sharing it with you all. I train, study, research and bring in my intuition into every therapy I offer to really help give you the best I can. Every therapy I give is bespoke to

✨🌙 Today in the Studio 🌙✨
There is something truly magical about crafting and creating my very own aromatherapy potions, each one a spell in a bottle, infused with intention, healing, and love. 🪄🌿 This morning, I created a beautiful aromatherapy blend I have named Radiant Bloom 🌸 with sweet orange for joy, geranium for balance, rose for love, and just a whisper of ylang ylang for sweetness. It smells absolutely divine, like pure magic. ✨
I used Radiant Bloom in a crystal therapy session combined with Clinical Reflexology, allowing my client to sink deeply into balance & renewal. The energy in the room was amazing. ✨💗✨

I am having the best time relaxing at Stobo Castle. There is nothing better than taking some time out for yourself and sharing it with your son. This experience has reminded me just how powerful it is to take time out for yourself, to breathe, to rest and to reconnect. I have been walking in nature, had a lovely massage and Spa time. I have also been disconnecting from my phone & reading a fiction book. This is exactly what I love offering to my clients in my holistic studio a chance to let go, to rest and restore. I may not have a swimming pool or sauna rooms but through my amazing therapies which are tailored to suit your needs I create the space for you to slow down, let go and re balance.
You deserve to feel nurtured & supported because there is no one more important than you!! To often we don’t put ourselves first and this is so important. So get yourself booked in for some well deserved you time.. because you are so worth it!! Have a great day all ❤️🙏 Llana ###
