How well do you sleep 💤😴💤
Sleep is the golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.
When our sleep pattern is disturbed our bodies can feel unsettled, our minds busy & everything feels a little overwhelming. Deep rest is where healing truly happens, physically, emotionally, and energetically. Through complementary therapies such as massage & reflexology our bodies are gently guided out of stress and into a state of calm. Tension softens, the nervous system settles, and the body is reminded that it is safe to rest. This is often where sleep begins to change becoming deeper, longer & more restorative.
I often bring in aromatherapy, using carefully chosen essential oils to support sleep, relaxation, hormone balance, emotional release, stress reduction etc allowing the body to unwind on an even deeper level.
Crystal therapy, Reiki, and gentle energetic work helps to quiet the mind, release emotions that no longer serve & support the subtle layers of healing that words cannot always reach.
Through yoga, meditation & breath work the body learns how to soften, slow down & return to its own natural rhythm. Sleep is not a luxury!! When we rest well, we heal better. Night night all & sleep well 😴 ❤️🙏 Llana xx
