Graeme is a member of The Sports Therapy Organisation (STO), The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA) and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). By choosing to be treated by a member of STO, SMA and CNHC you are ensured the member has undertaken approved
course of education, has Professional Liability Insurance, First Aid training and must adhere to the Associations Code of Conduct. You do not need to be an athlete or sports performer to benefit from a sports massage. The benefits above can also help relieve the many day to day problems, repetitive strain injury, sprains, tension, fatigue, that everyone experiences. Graeme has a wealth of knowledge as a Sports Therapist and an outstanding level of experience as an athlete having been involved in a number of sports for almost 30 years in which he has won Gold medals at Scottish, UK, European and World Championships.
He loves the challenge of solving your aches, pains and sports injuries utilising his skills in sports massage, soft tissue work and exercise rehabilitation at his Sports Injury Clinic at Strive Therapy Hub in Kirkcaldy. His passion lies in helping people return to their sports and activities as fast as possible, whilst also ensuring they improve their athletic performance. He also has a special interest and expertise in managing Running Injuries and Golf Biomechanics.
Graeme opened his dedicated Sports Injury Clinic in Kirkcaldy, Fife in 2014 and later co-founded Strive Therapy Hub with his wife Carrie, who is a Nutrition Coach. They work together alongside a number of other expert Health Coaches at Strive bringing you the best in Mindset, Nutrition and Movement to help you move, feel and live better.
He has worked with a range of individuals of all ages and abilities from fitness enthusiasts to Premier League Football teams and to those that have just gone over on their ankle coming down the stairs.
