The Delux face head and neck massage is perfect for anyone suffering with migraines, Headaches, jaw tension and facial puffiness.

The Kobido massage is a facial muscle relaxing massage which can prevent fine lines and stress headaches.

The Deep tissue and remedial massage is 60 or 90 minutes. For full body please book 90 minutes as 60 is not enough time for my style 🙂

My style incorporates many different types of massage and I like to focus on balancing the central nervous system along with bringing the muscles to relaxation. This allows your body to relax and your brain to do some re-wiring so it stays that way 😍

My apologies for the radio silence this week peeps.

My wee Dad thought Saturday would be a great time for a wee Heart attack so I drove back home to see him.

He’s absolutely fine and the stent seems to be doing its job just fine.
