Walking into somewhere new can feel really daunting.

Sometimes the idea of trying something new feels so overwhelming that it’s easier to just not bother at all. We imagine awkward questions, being judged, or worry about “what am I going to be asked to do or eat?”

Often, it’s not the thing itself that puts us off — it’s the unknown.

That’s why I wanted to share a glimpse of my clinic space.

It’s a calm, welcoming and inviting place, designed to help you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door. A space where you can take a breath, sit down, and simply be yourself.

This is somewhere you can openly share your wants, needs, worries and goals — without pressure, judgement or expectations. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to show up here.
We just start with a conversation and take things at your pace.

Here’s a bit more about me and my journey to becoming a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach.

I’ll be completely honest, I wasn’t always passionate about food. For years I was a very fussy eater. I ate what I wanted with no thought of the consequence. But after years of training as a dancer, I was starting to experience joint pain and constant injury and it was preventing me from doing what I loved. I didn’t want to get worse or rely on medication and knew I had to take some responsibility for my own health. Something had to change.

Seeking alternative solutions introduced me to the healing power of food. My positive experience has led me to where I am today, living pain free and helping others improve their health and wellbeing.

I tell you this because I want you to know that I’ve been where you are. I’ve experienced the pain but I’ve also experienced the incredible impact that dietary changes can have on your health. It took time and effort but it was worth every second. That experience drives my passion for what I do and to share my knowledge with my family and with you.

What a session with me is actually like

If you’ve never had a massage with me before, you might be wondering what a session is actually like.

It starts with a brief check-in — how you’re feeling, what your body has been dealing with recently, and what feels most important to focus on. You don’t need to have the answers prepared; we work it out together.

From there, the session has a familiar flow, but it’s never rushed or rigid. The structure creates a sense of ease, while the work itself adapts to how your body responds in the moment.

Pressure is adjusted as we go. Areas that need more attention are given time, and areas that don’t are left alone. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s changed. If something feels helpful, it’s explored.

Some sessions feel deeply relaxing. Others feel more focused or restorative. Often it’s a combination of both.

My intention is always the same — to create a space where your body feels supported, listened to, and able to let go of what it’s been holding.
