After noticing that my late month appointments tend to fill the quickest, I've decided to trial a small amount of additional availability on the last Thursday and Sunday of each month.

These appointments are mainly for those who struggle to get in during the working week, or who prefer a quieter weekend appointment.

Thursday appointments will be limited daytime availability, and Sundays will be morning only to begin with.

As always appointments are tailored to your needs on the day - whether that's focused work, deeper release or simply time to properly switch off.

Not All Supplements Are Created Equal 💊

Have you ever taken a supplement for months… only to feel absolutely no difference?

Here’s the truth:
Just because something is sold on a supermarket shelf doesn’t mean it’s effective.

The supplement industry isn’t as tightly regulated as you might think. Many cheaper, high-street brands can contain:

▪️ Low doses that aren’t therapeutic
▪️ Poor quality or less absorbable forms of nutrients
▪️ Unnecessary fillers, binders or additives
▪️ Nutrients that compete with each other for absorption

In short — they can be little more than expensive urine.

A good quality supplement, on the other hand, will:

✔️ Use bioavailable forms your body can actually absorb
✔️ Provide therapeutic levels — not just a token amount
✔️ Be free from unnecessary additives
✔️ Be backed by research and proper quality testing

And most importantly… when paired with a balanced, nutrient-dense diet, you should feel the difference.
