With work potentially looking a little (or a lot) different for you these days, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, angry and everything in between. This is perfectly normal and will be affecting everyone you work with in different ways. Begin by standing behind your desk and fold forward until your fingertips are on the edge of your desk. Spread your fingers. Your arms are nice and straight and your body is in an L shape. Let your chest gently relax down as you breathe for 30 seconds. This lovely stretch will help your shoulders, chest, hamstrings and calves.

You may wonder what a bowl of food has to do with corporate wellbeing? Well since "workplace stress affects up to 73% employees" we have to look at our whole workplace mentality. I don't know about you but the food I eat definitely brings light and joy into my daily life. And I know how tricky it is to eat healthily at work...with all the cake and sweet tins around and the looming deadlines meaning quick convenient lunches sat at desks. But what we've started doing is we each bring a little in to make a delicious and filling (it HAS to be filling) Buddha bowl. And it's amazing how much happiness this 10 minute ritual brings!
