With work potentially looking a little (or a lot) different for you these days, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, angry and everything in between. This is perfectly normal and will be affecting everyone you work with in different ways. We, at The Yogi Group, find that checking in with each other, especially when we are working from home, has a huge positive impact on our wellbeing. Why not check in with a colleague today? At The Yogi Group we are passionate about Kindness. This is why we found this TED talk by Kelly McGonigal entitled "How to Make Stress Your Friend" absolutely fascinating and very exciting! In it, she explains that our body can create it's own resilience and recover from stress more efficiently when we help others and create human connection. To support the fantastic work of The Mental Health Foundation during this Mental Health Week we would like to share some daily tips on how to look after yourselves and each other. We love this year's "Kindness Matters" theme and so we launch with an invitation to be kind to yourself by taking a Mindful Walk. In these unprecedented times kindness is of the utmost importance.
