As I have a few new members to the page I thought I would introduce myself and tell you a bit about me and what I do .

I'm Rosemary and I have worked in the health and well being industry for about 30 years , im a fully qualified hypnotist and a KCR and massage therapist based in Kirkintilloch. I am also a Reiki Master and Oldpain2go practitioner
I specialise in rehabilitation from long term injury and pain along with realignment and balance of the body .

I am also qualified in connective tissue release, ie Fascia release and Access Conscious Bars
I also specialise in home made natural products for the following conditions
Eczema
Psoriasis.
Acne
Rosacea
Gout
Pain/arthritis
Hayfever eyes
Dry flaky scalp

Happy new year to all my lovely clients. 2020 was a strange year. From working from home initially as a trial in March to be told it will be unlikely that we will return to the office. I then developed my home made sanitizer which allowed me to help lots of front line workers, care homes, doctor's surgeries, charities and the General public who have loved it. ( still making it if anyone wants some) On and off I have been able to continue with my therapies when allowed. I Learned some new treatment techniques and embarked on an Hynotherapy journey with the renowned Ali Campbell, which I hope to complete in the next few weeks. I can't wait for lockdown to be over and once again start to help and heal all you lovely people. Stay safe and well and I hope to see you all soon 😊

Another weekend in bed for this wee mite. Just not getting out of the bit. Seizures almost every night this week and on top of the chest infection she now has an infection on her side
