Well as the festive holidays have officially come to an end I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and hope 2026 brings joy and happiness to you all.

All classes start back this week and I am very much looking forward to getting back to teaching and seeing you all on the mat. 💚 First up is mens yoga tonight, Monday 5th Jan at Lenzie Rugby Club, 6.45pm-7.30pm.

New 4wk Nov yoga block, starting this evening, Wedesday 6th Nov at Lenzie Old Parish Church, 8pm-9pm. Total cost is £36 for the 4wk block. The class is very relaxed and no prior yoga experience is necessary, everyone welcome.
