🌿 A Heartfelt Thank You 🌿
After many wonderful years of sharing, supporting, and growing together through this Perfect Solutions Coaching page, I’m feeling called to simplify, and merge my social media pages to reduce my time managing the pages. I will therefore no longer be updating this page and the email address will no longer be in use from 1st September 2025

This page will always remain open — it’s a space filled with years of insights, reflections, and encouragement that I hope will continue to support and uplift you whenever you visit. 💛

Feeling Stressed, Anxious, or Low on Energy?
It happens to us all from time to time. Here are two simple and effective techniques you can use anytime to help calm your mind and body.

🌿 My sessions are single appointments, and you'll leave equipped with all the tools you need for ongoing self-care.

✋ Method 1: Calming Head Hold

Place one hand on your forehead and the other on the back of your head.

Take a slow breath in through your nose, then a longer breath out through your mouth.

As you breathe, apply gentle pressure with your hands.

Let go, relax, and repeat a couple of times.

🤲 Method 2: Forehead Sweep

Place your thumbs on your temples, with your hands facing forward.

Rest your fingertips on your forehead so they meet in the middle.

Gently sweep your fingers outward across your forehead, lightly stretching the skin.

Continue with deep, steady breaths as you do this.

Both techniques help reduce stress, anxiety, and worry — simple, soothing, and effective.

Your body sends signals to your brain when it senses a threat — and your brain, trying to protect you, starts preparing for every possible scenario.
That’s what overthinking really is: protection.

But when we calm the body and the nervous system feels safe, the mind no longer needs to overthink.

Self-sabotage is the act of undermining your own success, even when it goes against your true desires, dreams, or values. It often originates from low self-esteem, negative self-talk, and other harmful emotional patterns — all of which are continually reinforced by the failures they help create.

A major root of self-sabotage is a lack of self-worth. This can stem from many sources — childhood experiences, trauma, rejection, perfectionism — but the impact is similar: a deep sense of inadequacy, a belief that you don’t deserve success, or even self-directed anger and resentment.

The first and most important step toward breaking this cycle is awareness. Recognising when and how you sabotage yourself creates the space to choose different actions — ones that align with your goals and values.

Imposter Syndrome is common among both men and women across many professions.
Studies show that around 70–80% of people have felt like an imposter at some point — even those at the very top of their field.

I know I’ve felt it many times in my life. Here are a few things that seem to help me:
