One of the best things about working remotely is that you can build a proper crack team of fantastic people, no matter where they live. The only downside… you don’t get to see each other in real life very often.
So it was brilliant to catch up with Knee Mentor Optimizer physio Nikki last week at AgriScot while she and her husband were exhibiting!
Lovely to have a real-life catch-up instead of a Zoom square for once!

At the start of the year, Stevie struggled to climb the few stairs inside his house. Now he’s cruising up and down ALL the steps several times a day!!! This is what happens when you par the right plan with steady, consistent effort! šŸ’ŖšŸ’Ŗ. Small steps = Big wins!!
