Today I sat here with a man here today. He created his own sacred space in the sand, filling it with juniper, lavender and rose... fossils, shells... healing, love and peace So very very beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

My card this morning. Moon magic, quite appropriate as we welcome the energy of the new moon. This card is sharing the feminine, men too - trust in the feminine energy within you. Go outside in the dark, look up at the moon and ask for advice, support and wisdom.
This can help balance you. The evening primrose was once used in hunting rituals, the roots chewed and the paste rubbed on the body for strength. The roots were also boiled and eaten, petals can be eaten raw.

Spiritual Grass Braiding
You use three sections of seven strands of grass. The first represents the seven generations walking behind us. The second represents the seven sacred teachings: Love, Respect, Honesty, Courage, Wisdom, Truth, and Humility. The third represents the seven generations to come.
The lesson of the braid: What we do to our planet, we do to ourselves, what has been done to our ancestors has been done to us, and what we do here in the present affects our generations to follow.

Thats my tea set out of hibernation ready for its first autumn tea ritual. I have several tea sets but this one is so beautiful, and I'm sure this lady will think so too.

The circular loom, weaving with natural materials. This is a weave which includes seaweed picked in scotland. Collecting natures own gifts and weaving them into a beautiful art. Now imagine weaving with nature, including cordage and yarn made from scottish seaweed, grasses and nettles, sharing our stories at the same time, weaving the stories, sharing and expressing emotions, experiences, pain and love. This is the way of our ancestral scottish mothers, the old ancestral way.
All connected together in this piece of work.
What a beautiful way to continue a healing process. Not only creating art but creating a physical expression of hope and love.

I will be offering this over the dark months. if this would interest you let me know. I particularly wish this to be available to help healing from loss and grief, and this can be in a small group or or alone.
