It does take courage to be disliked for no other reason than being you. You don't have to change so others will like you. Think about it do you like everyone - I don't think so. You don't have to try and please everyone, in reality you never will manage that anyway. Don't say yes to people when inside you really mean no. Don't deny yourself. This does take courage and also brings the greatest freedom.
This is something we can all struggle with at times, find the courage to be the most honest authentic version of you.

Take time to heal what you no longer need to carry! Love is the greatest healer. Your heart may hold your hurts, it also holds your love. Both can share this beautiful space together, when you sit with love it grows and grows and the hurt gets less and less.
