Are there parts you prefer to keep hidden? Do you project a version of yourself you want others to see?

Me too! We all do it. But it can keep us fragmented.

Join me at in my meditation workshop as we identify these different parts of ourselves - our persona, our true self, our shadow self and hidden self- and begin our journey of piecing them all together into wholeness.

Yes there will be showers at the festival! Weekend and day tickets are now available through the link in our bio. You can camp overnight or go home/to your own accommodation on Saturday night and come back on Sunday morning.

We have yoga, workshops, hand-poke tattoos, dreamcatcher making and more! It all takes place at Beechbrae Woodland Centre, easy to reach from anywhere in Central Scotland!
