Your breath is your greatest tool for balance, calm and well-being - yet most of us spend our days barely aware of it.
As you may know I have recently completed a 20 hour Breathing with the Seasons course, which builds on my Breath Course levels 1 & 2 which I learnt in my Yoga teacher training 3 years ago.
These new techniques enable me to teach you these fantastic techniques to help relieve stress, anxiety, overwhelm, headaches and help you sleep better. I canβt wait to share some of these amazing breaths with you.
Over the next week I will share more information on the benefits of consciously breathing.
