✨️ As we move into the new year, it's important to remember to take time to nurture and care for ourselves. The more attention we pay to strengthening and empowering ourselves, on all levels, the lighter we become and the more able and aware 🙏
January is traditionally a month to courie in and lie low, allowing ourselves the chance to rest and recharge in readiness for the rising, spring energies 🌱 The weather has definitely helped with that this year, and possibly encouraged us to focus more on priorities, letting the chatter and hassles subside so we can simply be cosy and safe🙏
If you feel in need of some help with relaxing and rebalancing though, there will be a free, online Relaxation Half Hour on Wednesday 14th January at 8pm. This will include some simple breathing exercises and a guided meditation to clear stress, boost energy and relax mind, body and spirit 🩷 The more relaxed we are, the better we function and the healthier our natural energy flow 💫
For Reiki practitioners and students, there will also be an online Share at 8pm on Wednesday, 21st January.
Both these sessions are recorded so you can access them anytime, even if you can't join in on the night.
