π±π With the days lightening and spring energies rising, we can sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed or even reluctant to embrace the change...it's natural to take our time emerging from hibernation so don't feel pressured to jump in and get all the spring jobs done at once. Instead, take your time and allow things to unfold at their own pace and you'll feel more grounded and in tune if you do β¨οΈ
As ever, the best way of feeling that natural connection and flow is to begin with your breath. Sit quietly, slow and deepen your breathing, and allow your mind and body to come into balance π If you are able, try a gentle walk, yoga, qigong or meditation to encourage and strengthen that still, quiet and clear focus, and just like the new shoots emerging from the soil, allow yourself to expand and grow into the light πΈ
