These are 2 exercises I believe have helped me strengthen my knee to the point where I have managed to play sport without having an acl reconstruction.
Nordic Curls and Reverse Nordic Curls focus on training the hamstrings and quads eccentrically which is essential to getting/ keeping your knees strong and healthy.
