Time is my biggest issue
When time is tight, I don’t overthink it. If I can, I’ll get a short run in or a quick blast on the Stairmaster or head out for a walk. It’s not perfect, but it keeps the habit alive.
On strength days, I focus on my main lift first, then use supersets or tri-sets to get the work done in less time. Same intent, shorter window. This has kept me far more consistent than waiting for the right amount of time.
