If you keep smashing the week… and losing it every weekend, this is for you.

This conversation has has came up so many times over the years and it goes something like this:

“My weekends keep knocking me off track.”

And when they say it, it’s not anger…it’s disappointment. Like they’re letting themselves down even though they’re trying.

And every time we talk it through, it’s the same pattern:

“I’m fine through the week… then the weekend hits and I lose my routine.”
“I don’t plan to overeat… it just happens.”
“I’ll start again Monday.”
“I feel annoyed because I know what I should do, but I still fall into the same habits.”

I get it. When your structure disappears, your head gets louder with daily stresses. And when life slows down at the weekend, old patterns try to drag you back.

But here’s the part I really need you to hear…

The members who are breaking that cycle aren’t perfect. They’re not doing crazy diets or extreme routines. They’re doing small things that keep them steady:

* One proper plate of food before going out
* A 20–30 minute walk
* Water before meals
* One promise they actually stick to
* Checking in with someone when things start to slip

It’s the confidence.

Most people don’t need a fancy meal plan.
They need one honest change they’re willing to stick to.

If this sounds familiar:
• Good all day… then the wheels come off at night
• “On plan” through the week… off the rails at the weekend
• You try to overhaul everything… then end up back where you started

Due to the new recycling rules at Angus skip areas where all black bin bags are now getting checked to help ensure the correct items are being recycled properly, we have now added separate bins in our gym for paper and cans/plastic bottles.

We only ask members if they can help make this easier for us by following this new recycling system please 🙏 Thank you!

This is Jenna, one of our Reset 21 members who decided to stop waiting for the perfect time and start doing the work.
