A message from Gill -

I am over the worst of it now, but menopausal symptoms really impacted my life for ten years from my early forties. Mostly anxiety, insomnia and random feelings of impending doom. TBM is expanding - lets welcome Gill, who is starting work at the clinic on June 17th.

Gill has always been interested in health, fitness and nutrition. Having started running 10 years ago, she also started suffering from regular injuries and discovered the benefit of a good sports massage!

She has level 8 practitioner course in Swedish massage and is now working towards her clinical sports massage qualification.

Gill will be specialising in massage for menopause, insomnia, anxiety and depression and general aches and pains. She’ll be attending the Edinburgh marathon – offering massages at the MacMillan charity tent – come and say hello and get a massage to help you recover from your 26.2 miles!
