Dear Ones,

Due to expanding my knowledge in holistic therapies as Breathwork and Cacao Ceremony at the moment, I decided to change my business name, for another 60 days it will remain as Concio previously known as Sound Therapy by Pav, after that period it goes by Concio. My Sound Therapy/Bath is moving to different places around Angus, I'll update you all as soon as I have all organised. Let the sun, shine on you all 🕉️☯️🙏🙂

Hi folks, I promised to deliver another wee retreat morning. I will be running Refresh & Restore Pilates and Yoga on Saturday 23rd May 10am - 1pm at the studio. We will begin with mat Pilates, have tea/snacks followed by restorative yoga and yoga nidra. All levels of ability welcome 🤗 Cost is £20, payment by bank transfer on booking.

‼️NEW VENUE TO BE ANNOUNCED‼️

Due to the tremendous response to this new venture, our guest-list filled within 24 hours of opening, our waitlist is also growing each day.

As a result we are in discussions to move The Sacred Grove to a larger venue in the town centre. We hope to make the announcement by early next week.

All being well we will increase the guest-list to transfer everyone from the waitlist. We will then reopen the remaining seats to anyone who would still like to join us.

All very exciting, it’s guaranteed to be a memorable evening

We will also open a separate guest-list to manage those wishing to join the Development Group.
