I am truly passionate about personal development and having every opportunity to be the best versions of ourselves that we can. I have approached my own growth in search of the Truth. What really goes on inside me that then defines my external relationships. I do have days where I think, why did I start doing this? I know I'm not alone in that. My intention is to "Awaken Awareness". When we become Aware, we discover our True Nature and Creativity. Then we can set ourselves free. Bit by bit. Step by Step. I am fortunate to have had many great teachers, mentors and friends on my personal and professional journey and love being that witness and companion for others. With 19 years experience in the field of Personal development what brings me most joy is blending the skills I have in service of what you need to find your freedom. That could be Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique , Supervision, Mentoring. I have recently completed 2 years training as a Visionary Shamanic Practitioner - which has been life changing for me. It has added to who I am personally and professionally. Ultimately I feel more whole and that is what I bring to my clients. I have a holistic approach to my work. I believe in challenging, deep and provocative work. I coach with a warm heart and gentle curiosity. I hold the space and sit in sometimes quiet presence with my clients - creating a sanctuary of reflection and safety. Allowing you to do the work. I am here ready to work with you. Point of Light is celebrating. This week I received my ESIA.
I am having a wee dance round my Supervision Sanctuary.
It was one of my 2025 Professional missions.

"ESIA EMCC stands for the European Supervision Individual Accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. It is an internationally recognized accreditation for professional supervisors, demonstrating they have the required knowledge, ability, behaviors, and skills to apply their experience effectively in practice."

I started this journey in January. Step one being to apply as a Senior Practitioner.
Once that mission was complete ✅ I moved onto the ESIA.

No. I don't agree with that. 13 years in retail proved otherwise.

Verbally abuse my staff at the checkout? You have had a chance and now you are being removed from the store.

Coaches. Are the clients always right?

No. I don't believe that either.

What I mean by that is, are they respectful of you and your time.

Take a moment.

Are you working from a place of mutual respect with your client?

Do you ever find yourself bending over backwards?

Is there a pattern in missed sessions?

In supervision recently, there has been a real theme around the balance leaning so much towards the client that there is a consequence and impact on their coach.

What is creating that dynamic from within you?

Remember, the experiences you have with your client are also an insight into how their team may experience them.

Are you getting an insight into the system that they work in?

Your insights are part of the coaching.

Do you have any clients that have shifted the balance of Mutual respect?
