Hi all 👋🏻

I’ve tried to avoid a “public announcement” but realise I have people (lots of lovely, loyal, caring clients) waiting patiently in the wings for an update on when I’ll be heading back to the treatment room. The short answer - I don’t know. I appreciate that is the most god awful, unhelpful answer 🥴😬😅 but the only one I can give right now…sorry about that! I promise to update you all when I can.

🩹F I R S T A I D🩹

Back in April I, along with a few of the other girls from , renewed my First Aid qualification.

I think First Aid is something nobody ever really wants to have to give - but I for one feel so much more confident that I’d know what to do, should the situation ever arise, having completed this training with Sarah from RTG Services Tayside. I’ve completed my fair share of First Aid courses in my lifetime, but honestly, this was hands down the best one yet.

We’re also extremely fortunate that Delson Contracts Ltd have fitted a defibrillator just across the road from The Studio - again, something I hope never has to be used, but what a reassurance knowing it’s there. Our First Aid training covered using this life-saving piece of equipment too.
