Chair Yoga in Kirriemuir! 🧘‍♀️

Every Tuesday at 12-12.45 in the Guide Hall on Roods.

£5 pay as you go.

Suitable for those looking for a softer approach to yoga and those with prior injuries or health conditions.

New participants always welcome to join.

Various classes running in Kirrie and Forfar each week.

See my post with my timetable for full details of each class or send me a DM.

Private bookings available for those not comfortable in a class environment.

Classes resume week commencing 5th Jan 2026.

This month we’re back with the usual weekly classes plus 2 Yin classes.

- Waitlist for 7th Jan (DM to be added) or book via Results Gym App for members.

- Bookings open for 19th Jan (DM to book in).

There are still spots for newcomers (including those who have never tried yoga before) so please get in touch if you’d like to give yoga a try in 2026.

1 space left due to a cancellation.

Quiet and slow paced class - focused solely on deep stretching.

Modifications available for injuries and health conditions.

Christmas timetable 🎄

Most classes are unaffected other than those on the post!

Remember that there are always a couple of Pay As You Go spots for my Wednesday evening classes at the Guide Hall if you fancy giving yoga a try.

Seated yoga in the Guide Hall is also on a Pay As You Go basis, feel free to come along any Tuesday to try. Suitable for those with health and mobility issues.

Just over a week until my first Candlelight Yin in Forfar!

Spaces are super limited in studio so please get in touch with me if you’d like a spot.

17th November at 6.15pm! 15 West High Street, Forfar.

Great for a deep stretch and relaxation.

Can be adapted for most health conditions (PM me if you have any questions).
