Life without alcohol can feel intimidating at first — like you’re losing your escape, your routine, even part of your identity. But that “void” isn’t something to fear… it’s space. Space to rebuild, refocus, and actually start living instead of just switching off. The real work begins when the drink stops — and that’s where everything changes.

Sometimes when I’m overwhelmed, I will get in the car and put some banging as f**k music on and go for a long drive. Get lost in the music for a while rather than the bu****it of life! Music is so powerful. What are your coping mechanisms when you’re struggling?
