🍃Our mission at Rapid Health Hub is to help you optimise your health and wellbeing. For trained and experienced psychological support, we have Dr Jade Wilkinson - clinical psychologist.

🌱She is now able to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that can help people process difficult memories and emotions and manage PTSD, anxiety, phobias and low self-esteem.

😓If you’ve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the past, EMDR might be a helpful step forward for you. Please feel free to reach out if you’re curious or want to know more! 🧠

Trip update…….. 🇰🇪

The sanitary supplies have arrived in Kenya 🇰🇪 and been distributed across the 3 schools Erin has been volunteering at. They’ve been very thankful for everyone’s support and generousity🥰

❤️We are so looking forward to having her home today to hear all about this life changing opportunity.

The trip started with a visit to the elephant 🐘 orphanage, followed by a cooking and Swahili lesson.

They spent all last week volunteering across 3 schools, teaching ✍🏼 , painting 🧹 and repairing classrooms 🔨 and playing sports 🥎 with the children.

After a relaxing Saturday, they then hit the road to the Masai Mara - with local cultural experiences and of course a jeep safari to find the big 5!🦁 🦒🦏 🐅🐆🐘
