Meet Jen,

Jen is a Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation. She has extensive expertise in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of complex neurological conditions, including:

Multiple Sclerosis

Parkinson’s Disease

Stroke

Brain and Spinal Injuries

Adults with Cerebral Palsy

Neuromuscular and Movement Disorders

Functional Neurological Disorder

And some other conditions

Jen adopts a holistic and client-centred approach to rehabilitation. She integrates hands-on therapy with individualised exercise and education to optimise posture, movement, and functional independence.

Alongside her neurological practice, Jen has a specialist interest in vestibular rehabilitation, providing expert assessments and intervention for clients experiencing problems with dizziness and balance.

She is an active member of ACPIN (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists Interested in Neurology) and ACPIVR (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists Interested in Vestibular Rehabilitation), reflecting her commitment to continued professional development and excellence in clinical practice.

🍃Our mission at Rapid Health Hub is to help you optimise your health and wellbeing. For trained and experienced psychological support, we have Dr Jade Wilkinson - clinical psychologist.

🌱She is now able to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that can help people process difficult memories and emotions and manage PTSD, anxiety, phobias and low self-esteem.
