Are you a compassionate and dedicated carer looking to take the next step in your career? My Homecare is seeking a Senior Carer to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of those we support. 💖

Position: Senior Carer
Pay: Starting from £14 per hour 💷
Location: Harrogate, Knaresborough, and Ripon 📍

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to our clients. 🏡
Supervise and mentor junior carers. 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️
Ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed. 📋
Be on call 1 in 4 weekends. 📞
Work flexibly, including every other weekend. 🗓️

Requirements:
Previous experience in a senior care role prefered but not essential. 🏅
Excellent communication and leadership skills. 🗣️
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs. 🔄
Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care. ❤️
Must be able to drive. 🚗
