A short account from one of our members, David. He’s smashed through his 15% and shows no sign of slowing down. 💪

“I thought i would share a little. I went from this to this. 15 and half stone to just under 26 stone. I started training for the London marathon. When I ran that i was around 20 stone. I am currently 17.9 on my last man vs fat weigh in. Whilst I spend the majority of the week in pain after running around on a Monday night( due to old injuries) I can see so much benefit and can see the change in my habits. If I could get back down to 15 and half stone I would be so happy. But I'm more than happy with the progress made so far.”
