Are you putting up with heel pain? It could be something as simple as a corn, callus or very dry and cracked skin. It could be fat pad atrophy, plantar fasciitis, Gout, Osteo Arthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis. It could be a dermatological issue such as an ulcer or a verruca. It could be a neuropathic condition or mechanical condition such as a fracture, nerve entrapment, Haglund deformity, Posterior tibialis tendinopathy or tarsal tunnel syndrome, the key is to get a proper diagnosis then appropriate treatment can begin as soon as possible.

On Wednesday Sarah starts her epic challenge with her friend Sara Edgar Stand Up Paddleboarding across England.
Liverpool to Goole , 163miles over 11 days following the canal network.

She’s raising money for The Eve Appeal , in memory of her friend Kerry and for Andys Man Club to give men the peer support they need.
