The classes can help to create a heightened sense of well-being and contentment which extends to your baby, your partner and family. You will have the chance to meet other mums/mums-to-be in a friendly, supportive and fun environment, where we share our knowledge and experiences. Pregnancy Yoga is every Friday 6-7.30pm
Mummy&Baby Yoga is every Wednesday 12-1pm

No experience necessary to attend any of my yoga session. A Pregnancy block of 5 in person classes (to use over 6 weeks) costs £65 and will secure your place each week. You may join from the beginning of your second trimester (around 14 weeks) and are welcome to come to class until your baby is born. It's also lovely to have post-birth Mums visit the class with their newborns to share their birth stories. **Virtual** Pregnancy Yoga Classes with Dani via Zoom

Becoming a mother is a very personal journey. Using yoga during this sacred time can bring calmness, inner balance and empowerment, enabling you to step more confidently towards the life-changing experiences that motherhood brings. Pregnancy yoga adapts classic poses, safely strengthening, toning and stretching your ever-changing body. Using breath awareness, while you stretch, helps to nurture you and your baby. The union of breath and movement is one of yoga’s main tools of discovery and connection, greatly improving your body’s ability to cope during labour and birth. The classes can help to create a heightened sense of well-being and contentment which extends to your baby, your partner and family. You will have the chance to meet other mums/mums-to-be in a friendly, supportive and fun environment, where we share knowledge and experiences. Absolutely no previous yoga experience is required. A block of 5 classes costs £50 and can be used over 6 weeks or you can drop in (by arrangement) for £12 per class. You can join from the beginning of your second trimester (around 14 weeks) and are welcome to come to class until your baby is born. It's lovely also to have post-birth Mums visit the class with their newborns and tell their birth story. There is a health questionnaire to complete.
