It's your time so whatever you need the most help with we can get that sorted so it's a weight off your mind and one thing less do do! That thing you have been meaning to do for weeks we can get checked off the "to do" list ✅

I reckon we all have a few of these stored from our motherhood journeys...

I would love to see these sorts of things die out over the next few years and the next generations bring compassion and validation. I know I am certainly trying this with my children, not dismissing their feelings

Now I’m not saying you have to hire me specifically (although that would be lovely)… do some research and meet 2 or 3 doulas and see who is right for you. There is a doula out there for everyone, you need to trust and connect with this person as its massive you inviting them into your birth space

The statistics of having a doula speak for themselves really… have a look. 

I hear so many mums with older kids tell me they wished i was around when they were pregnant… don’t wait until years down the line to wish you had done it!

This is for you if you are pregnant, have a baby, or have children. This is a safe relaxed space where you can vent about mum life and come and meet other mums just like you ❤️

Craftea is such a gorgeous space and a play cafe so lots for little ones to do, it's the school holidays in July so I will be bringing my kids along ☺️
