Meet Sam – Our Newest Sports Massage Therapist

👋 This month we are thrilled to welcome Sam Massheder to the Castle Clinic family.

With a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine, Sam brings a wealth of experience as a dedicated Sports Massage Therapist.

Over the past two years, he’s worked at the prestigious Grantley Hall and supported athletes at both Bradford City’s Football Academy and Lord’s Cricket Academy. Now, he’s sharing his expertise with patients here at Castle Clinic.

📚Last night, our osteopaths Dan & Seb attended a great workshop on how best to manage tendon injuries. Delivered by Advanced Practice Physiotherapist, Martin Thomas, everything was covered. Anyone who has had a tendon injury will know how tricky and frustrating they can be, but with the correct management, we can help turn your setback into a comeback.

🏏 Castle Clinic are privileged to sponsor Knaresborough Cricket Club players Ash Watson (left) & Will Wade (right). Both Will and Ash were in action for Knaresborough’s comprehensive win at Hull Zingari on Saturday.

Ash is an off spin bowler who returned excellent figures of 5 overs, 2 maidens, 4 runs for 3 wickets against Hull. Will is an opening batsman. He scored 16 on Saturday along with taking a smart catch at 2nd slip to dismiss the Hull opening batsman.
