Today we’re out and about at Tesco Harrogate, chatting with the local community and raising awareness about our dementia day clubs 💙

If you see us, please come over and say hello! We’re here to offer information, support, and a friendly face for anyone affected by dementia—whether you’re living with it yourself, caring for a loved one, or just want to learn more.

Our day clubs provide a safe, welcoming space with meaningful activities, social connection, and plenty of laughter. We’re passionate about helping people stay active, engaged, and supported for longer.

Caring for someone living with dementia can be incredibly rewarding- but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating and exhausting at times.💙

That's why our Self-Support Carers Group is here.

This group is a safe, welcoming space for anyone supporting a loved one with dementia. Whether you're a spouse, partner, family member or friend, you'll find understanding, shared experiences, and practical support from others.

In our sessions, you can:

🤝Connect with other carers who understand the journey
💬Share experiences in a relaxed environment
🧠Learn practical tips and strategies for day-to-day challenges
☕Take some time for yourself with a cuppa and a conversation
📚Access information about local services and support available to you
