Hi 👋🏻! I'm Nicola and I have been a Slimming World consultant for 3 years. I have groups in Knebworth, Welwyn and Welwyn Garden City and ...... on 22nd April 2026, I will become the new permanent consultant for the morning group at the Salvation Army Hall in Welwyn Garden City 😃.

A little more about me ....
❤️ I have lived in Welwyn for over 30 years, my favourite meal is chorizo, mac and cheese, musical artists are Alfie Boe and Michael Ball and colour is ..... well, I don't really have one!
❤️ I had high blood pressure and this and the fact that my son became a Slimming World consultant made me decide to join Slimming World in January 2021. At that time, the meetings were on Zoom due to Covid but in May 2021, the group returned to the venue. Everyone was lovely and welcoming and I learned that I could have my favourite foods and STILL lose weight!
❤️ With support from my family, friends and Slimming World group, I lost 7st 4lbs. I then trained as a consultant to share my passion for Slimming World and my first group started in Knebworth in April 2023. In October 2023, I started a second group in Welwyn and then a third group in Welwyn Garden City in March 2024. 2024. I am determined to support all my members to get to their dream weights 🤗!

It’s almost time for the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw 👏💜!

My members will be saying goodbye to all the clothes they’ve slimmed out – and raising money for Slimming World’s charity partner Cancer Research UK/the Irish Cancer Society while they do it 🤗.
