Have you tried cupping? It is great for tight, tense muscles. The flame sucks the air out of the cup and creates a suction which pulls up the muscles fibres. Drawing out toxins which have been stored within. LOTS of water after this treatment and be aware it can leave marks on the skin like a bruise.

Unveiling my pallet of hedges and trees to be planted tomorrow, Wed 4th! Am so excited!!!!
Our countryside desperately need more hedges for the wildlife. Thanks to the woodland trust I am planting this little lot and I honestly can't wait.
(Might not be sow excited at the end lol)
