Attending the Womb Wellness Healing Retreat last Saturday was a deeply transformative experience. I often give so much of myself to others, so I was incredibly grateful for the opportunity to step back and create space for myself. Though I wasn't sure exactly why I felt called to attend, I knew it would offer me the time and clarity to process the struggles of the past year. As we set our intentions, one of the many thoughts swirling in my mind became clear, and I spent the day pouring my heart into acknowledging, forgiving, and loving myself in order to release it. This healing journey allowed me to create space in my heart and mind for my hopes and dreams for the future. I also learned the powerful Trinity Technique, which not only helped me heal but allowed me to address deep ancestral trauma, particularly from my maternal side. Knowing that the responsibility to heal this lineage has been on my shoulders for some time, I feel so empowered now—something I never would have imagined a few years ago. It fills me with excitement, not only for my personal growth but also for the new layers of healing it will bring to my work as a multi-dimensional healer and therapist. I am beyond excited to share this newfound strength and wisdom with others!
