Before an embryo transfer, we want the lining to look like this triple layer because:

- It shows the uterus is responding well to hormones.
- It usually indicates good blood flow.
- Studies show it’s associated with higher chances of implantation.
- It helps us time your transfer more accurately.

(Think of it as preparing the perfect environment for the embryo to attach.)

Every body is different, and not having a triple line doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong. But when we see this pattern, it's generally a very good sign.
