All treatments commence with a complimentary consultation in which you will be asked to give details on health and some medical history. any serious medical conditions it is always best practice to consult with G.P to check the suitability of the massage treatment, please allow 10/15 minutes for the initial consultation. please note that a one off treatment will always give good benefits but the long term effects of the treatment will accumulate and a course of regular treatments will give noticeably better results.

It's Friday....

And today I thought I'd share this monstrosity of a breakfast 🤣🤣

I do not like to eat in the morning, I understand we need to, ( does anyone else not like eating in the morning??)

Caffeine....was all that was needed and now apparently green s**t ( vegetable drink that tastes like gods swamp water)
And a shake that may or may not have cream in it is now also required.

Why am I sharing this?

Cos as part of the becoming a PT I thought I'd give you some insights on my journey of drinking gods swamp water would be fun!

Ps I don't wanna be a PT

Pps is the only PT anyone needs....she also makes cakes(sign of a good PT)
I just wanna help people with bodywork/ massage and recovery,
But here we are!

Good morning!

There has been a f**k ton of ups and downs this year, I think I can safely say that's most people at the moment, and I've also had a fair few...
I've had to change work up a lot, I've had to cut hours, change products...stop myself throwing not only a printer but the desk top out the window, and lets not even get started about adulting,

I'm sorry I've disappeared off the face of the earth, life has gotten busy .. er...busier.

So changes are happening.
I can only do later appointments on wednesdays 5.30-8
Most of these are now fully booked till Feb.

Unfortunately I am having to finish work by 2,
Wed 9-2 /5.30-8
Thurs 9-2
Fri 9-2
Sat 9-1

I don't know how long this will be a thing, so thank you everyone for understanding,

Product wise...
C🐝 D will always be my main line along with my skincare, it's something I've always always believed in, especially within body work/ massage
So that will always be in stock.

But when things change I'll let you all know!

I've had to make some tough decisions lately, and put myself and lil first❤️
I just wanted everyone to know ..page maybe quiet and almost dead I'm sorry

I promise I'm on it!
And I don't think I'm the only one who is saying phook off 2025

Now to buy a new diary and pretend I've got my s**t together!

Good afternoon everyone!

So as we know I've taken a bit of a step back product making, and it's left a lot of my customers looking for alternatives...

So I've been thinking and I'm looking at opening up a rent a shelf at bourn beautiful ❤️

Im currently working on the policies behind this ( thank you AI)
And was wondering if there's any local makers who might like an opportunity?

There are a few bits of criteria that must be met, all products if for the skin to hold relevent documents and insurance.

No I'm not just limiting this to shelves...I have had artists ask if they can rent wall space too to which I'm also open to!
End of the day there's nothing I'd like more than to help others with getting out there, I know people have had to cut back on websites, shops and other retai outlets due to cost of living, plus I have customers who are looking for products!

If it's something you might be interested in pop me a message, tag a friend a local business,
Im keeping fees to a minimum, and have checked all shops in 5 towns who offer this to find a good price guide,
I'll also advertise on my page share any links and websites.

Good morning

ITS FRIDAY!!

This week I've had printer issues then the printer had Charlie issues ...🤣🤣

So I'm here asking you all if you can recommend anyone who makes labels, I'd prefer a small business
Tbh cos we all have to help each other out!
It's also helping a printer ...cos I don't feel that another in my life is a wise choice right now!

Back to school yesterday
How lils in highschool ive no clue...stop growing kid

Hope you all survived the 6 weeks ❤️

This means back to normal at work and a total restock of all C-🐝-D products nxt week, and I'll be popping up some pinned posts on scent descriptions!
I've also finally gotten round to adding floral water toners to the skincare range as well as an oil to milk cleanser!
