Today we enjoyed a fantastic session of armchair exercises 💪😊

Our residents took part with great enthusiasm, enjoying gentle movements that help keep both body and mind active. There was plenty of laughter, encouragement, and teamwork along the way!

Staying active is so important, and sessions like these are a wonderful way to promote wellbeing while having fun together. A big well done to everyone who joined in today—you all did amazing 👏💛
