CALLING LOCAL ARTISTS!🎨

We are excited to be opening our new clinic space in Solihull shortly and would love to celebrate the creativity within our community. If you or a family member are an artist and have completed artwork you would like to showcase, we would be delighted to hear from you. We are particularly looking for pieces with a therapeutic or mindful theme that are finished, ready to hang and would help us create a calming, inspiring environment.
This is a wonderful opportunity to share your work in a public space and contribute to making our clinic warm and welcoming for everyone who visits.

Monday night’s PDA webinar brought together a thoughtful community of parents, carers, educators and professionals, all committed to understanding and supporting autistic individuals who may present with a PDA profile.

📢 Teen Autism Confident – Free 8-Week Program! 🌟

Our Teen Autism Confident course is a free 8-week program designed to help autistic teenagers (13+) build confidence, understand autism, and develop useful strategies in a small, supportive group setting.

💡 What’s included?
✅ One-to-one introductory meeting
✅ 6 group sessions (1.5 hours each)
✅ Online feedback & games session
✅ Topics like understanding autism, social communication, anxiety, self-esteem & more!

📍 Who can join?
✔️ Autistic teens (13+)
✔️ Living in Birmingham or Solihull
✔️ Able to attend weekly sessions

We attended this group yesterday to discuss masking in neurodivergence and we were blown away by what a wonderful group and source of support this is for neurodivergent women. Please share this poster with anybody who you think would benefit from attending a group like this. It is sensitively run, respectful and honours each individual’s contribution and experience 💙🌻
