Such a wonderful day celebrating the 1 year anniversary since opening Fernwood! It was lovely to see staff and service users having a party after the presentation too! They can party at Fernwood!

Our Managing Director Selina Wall presented staff who have been with us since we opened our doors in January 2024 with a gift and a certificate too.

We also celebrated the staffs completion of the care certificate and our staff winner of the month Val Ward.

A lovely day of celebration and reflection on how much the home and staff team have progressed in the last year- so many achievements made together.

Well done to team Fernwood, we can't wait to have another party for year 2 ☺️☺️☺️

Today, Fernwood celebrated its official opening ceremony! We want to extend a big thank you to everyone who attended to support the home and team in celebrating its opening. It was so lovely to see everyone come together for this special occasion.

The ceremony included the unveiling of the plaque and cutting of the ribbon by The Worshipful Mayor of Knowsley, Councillor Eddie Connor. Thank you to the Mayor for joining us and making the day even more special.

We are excited to continue providing exceptional care to our residents and are grateful for the support from our community. Thank you again to everyone who attended and made this day unforgettable.

A brand new team....

The team at Fernwood have worked hard for 3 weeks completing the bespoke induction to get them ready for opening

Our new team have a fabulous opportunity to learn together, develop as a team and plan in order to provide excellent standards of care for our service users

We celebrated on friday at their graduation... celebrating their achievements, bringing Exemplar values to the forefront of the celebrations and enjoying a presentation of certificates for all
