Hormone production and movement through the body is very reliant on our Nutrition status. It's so important that you eat well to support your body processes and ensure that your body is functional. A functional body works really well has less inflammation and more energy.

Adding in certain foods each day can help support hormone production and function.

Always make sure that you include
Protein
Healthy fats
Leafy greens
Cruciferous vegetables
And magnesium rich foods .

Focus focusing on this each day will leave you feeling amazing and your body functioning well .
