Wonderful “Wear It Pink Day”! We are eternally grateful to Tracey Louise, for an exceptionally stunning performance in support of Breast Cancer Now Charity. Colleagues, Residents and Family members participated by wearing something Pink in support of Breast Cancer Research on “Wear It Pink Day”. Together we enjoyed a truly lovely afternoon experiencing everthing pink… pink cakes, pink biscuits, pink drinks and pink musical entertainment. We proudly support Breast Cancer awareness and Cancer research.

A Spanish evening of fun and music, accompanied by a selection of tapas and sangria was a perfect evening and thoroughly enjoyed by all. This festive and culturally enriching experience with delicious food, was a great opportunity for social interaction, on a cold and wet evening, and of course there was just a little bit dancing.

Local Charity Re-engage aim is to make life less lonely for thousands of older people. Thank you, Nurses Lyn and Calista, for representing Cranford Grange and collecting the award at the GSF annual conference and awards ceremony in Birmingham. We hold these informal gatherings the first Friday of every month from 8am - 10am, you can arrive at any time and enjoy complimentary breakfast before you start work. Amazing photos kindly shared by Joe Bradley one of the residents at Cranford Grange, of his son Anthony on his way up Everest on the Nepalese side mercifully only encountering a bit of extreme weather, no avalanches as seen on the news. Then thankfully see the last photo Anthony has reached Everest Base Camp today. Enormous congratulations from us all at Cranford Grange what an outstanding achievement.
