A HUGE thank you to Knutsford Good Neighbours for their generous donation. We can’t thank you enough. We are so grateful for your support ❤️ The service you offer in Knutsford is so valuable and many of our clients rely on your support and would be lost without you.

Knutsford Good Neighbours support people in the community with transport to medical appointments. For many people, this is such a vital lifeline to getting to appointments. Knutsford Good Neighbours are incredibly short of volunteer drivers and coordinators, so if you’re in a position to give a little of your time as a volunteer, then please contact them on 01565 631262 🙏🏼

Parkletics (known as 'Easy Movers' for our indoor winter class) will be at the Refresh event next Saturday. We will be at Knutsford Methodist Church and hope to see you there between 1pm-3pm😊

Health & Wellness Week kicks off next weekend (18th January) with Re -Fresh, a one stop fair showcasing community groups, clubs, classes and volunteer opportunities.

There will be quite a few of our Health & Wellness Week businesses with stalls at this event ready to tell you more about their offerings and events through the week.

So if you're looking for a new hobby or new ways to manage your Health & Wellness in 2025, pop into the Knutsford Methodist Church and St John's Church between 1 - 3pm next Saturday to find out more...
