Two bank holidays in one month… holy smokes 😅

For those employed — it’s all “woohoo, a day off!”For the self-employed… it can feel a little different.

Stock orders get delayed, the week gets shorter, and suddenly you’re playing catch-up on everything at once… and then May throws two at you!Am I drowning?? 😅

In all seriousness, it’s also a reminder to slow down and enjoy what really matters.

Our bank holiday will be the usual tradition — a big family walk, a good natter in nature, and the children running completely wild and free.(While us mums quietly calculate how much Persil we’ll need for the aftermath 🤍)

Mental health is something I’ve been around from a young age. I’ve seen how deeply it can impact families and friendships sometimes in truly heartbreaking ways.

I’m a strong believer in talking therapy. Having someone who really listens, without rushing you, can make such a difference.

I recently watched a documentary where a doctor spoke about patients who had been on medication for years, yet still struggled and experienced difficult side effects. His approach was simple…

movement, nourishing food, and time in nature.

It’s not a “quick fix,” but these foundations really do matter.

When I first opened Vivré, I worked with a number of people who wanted to explore how better nutrition could support their mood.

Through weekly vitamin treatments over a few weeks with me many began to feel a shift physically and emotionally.

Sometimes, after trauma or incorrectly performed procedures, the body can develop firm or hard lumps beneath the skin. This is often due to damaged fat tissue — a condition known as fat necrosis.
