Our receptionists are trained to ask questions so they can make sure you get the right help, as quickly as possible. This might mean directing you to the most appropriate clinician, arranging an urgent appointment if needed, or guiding you to other services that can help.

They treat all information with the strictest confidentiality, just like our doctors and nurses.

By working together, we can ensure everyone receives the care they need in the most efficient way. Thank you for your understanding and kindness to our team 💙

Have Your Say on the Future of LGBTQ+ Healthcare 🌈

LGBT Foundation is inviting LGBTQ+ patients to complete its Pride in Practice primary care survey. The survey gathers experiences of using GP and primary care services and helps improve training, raise awareness, and shape future reports to make services more inclusive.

While many share positive experiences, challenges around openness, discrimination, and access remain. Your voice can help drive change.

Take part or share the survey using the link below to ensure LGBTQ+ experiences are accurately represented.

From 1st April 2026, funding for SMS messages will be significantly reduced across Cheshire. As a result, we’ll be changing how we contact patients.

Where possible we will now be contacting you through email or the NHS App, but text messages will continue to be sent when these options are not available, and we will continue to contact patients without a mobile phone by landline or post.

Please could you help support the practice to get information to you by downloading the NHS App and turning on notifications and make sure we have your up to date email address.
