Hello happy Thursday.

My name is Clare and I run yoga, children’s yoga, baby massage and developmental movement classes from lovely spaces in High Legh.

Currently booking baby classes for Feb/March half term.

Busy not being busy in this in between space. Filling the time with walking and Lego.

Classes return from the 5th of Jan but until then find some space to lose the rush and embrace the quiet days.

Mini Movers Christmas Party is next Monday 10-12 with Jo and myself.

Mingle and Move mummy and baby yoga social is next Tuesday 12.30 - 14.30.

Yesterday in Mini Movers Pre School session we did a yoga story about Goldilocks and the Three Bears. I actually forgot to put the tuft tray out but Sophia had a go after class 🙈.

Our next mini session is a combined makers and movers for Christmas. It’s the 8th December 10-12 in High Legh ✨

Mini Movers Pre School Yoga session is back this Monday in High Legh. A lovely stay and play session with Yoga Story, craft, free play and a snack.

My classes are calm and welcoming, come exactly as you are and enjoy some time away from the busy day to day world we navigate through.

There is one space remaining for November Baby massage, this is during a Thursday session at 12.30.

There are also limited spaces left for the Mum and Baby event in December, gentle mum yoga, craft for baby and seasonal sharing boards and drinks. Places are suitable for mums post 6 week check, nannas and friends without babies also welcome.
