Here are a few I’d recommend and who they’re actually for 👇

– Hydrating Milky Toner
→ hydration + barrier support
→ best for: normal → dry / barrier-compromised skin

Glazing Milk
→ hydration + dewy/glowy finish
→ best for: normal → dry / skin that feels dull

– Milky Toner
→ lightweight hydration + soothing
→ best for: younger / combination skin / simple routines

– Black Rice Toner/Essence
→ hydration + antioxidant support
→ best for: dry / dehydrated / more skin-focused routines

They’re not going to transform your skin
But they can help with:
• dryness
• tightness
• barrier support

We’ve all been there, but these are the things that quietly stop your skin from improving

SPF in foundation isn’t enough

If you’re using SPF for anti-ageing, this is what actually matters:
✔ SPF30–50
✔ strong UVA protection
✔ enough product (most people don’t use enough)
I have so many SPFs that I love but today I’m applying Releof Sun and if wasn’t planning on wearing foundation it would be tinted fluid. I get both from and they’re under £20
