Commit To Get Fit was established in 2015 by Jason Henshall, after a serious incident where Jason was told he wouldn’t be able to walk or be able bodied again, Jason set out to prove everyone wrong and as he set out to get fit. Along his path to getting well Jason saw a niche in the market for a personal training company with a difference, where personal trainers weren’t just based in a gym, a company that worked with you as a client taking every person as a individual and mapping out not just a fitness regime, but a healthy eating diet plan and coaching towards changing everyones attitude to getting healthy. Commit To Get Fit was born! – now Jason and his team are dedicated to your fitness goals, and they go above and beyond to get you there, mapping out your goals, making them achievable and guiding you along the way.

Next week we’re running TWO high-energy Spin classes with Jason, designed to build fitness, stamina and performance.​

AND we’re taking part in Knutsford Wellness Week which means that we’re offering a FREE 30-Min Circuit Training Taster session (booking essential, only 5 spots per class) for over 60s on Tuesday 17th at 1pm.​

Next week we’re running THREE high-energy Spin classes with Jason, designed to build fitness, stamina and performance.

Crack of Dawn - an early-morning ride designed to wake up your body and fire up your metabolism. Expect high-energy intervals, climbs and sprints.

Pedal Power - a high-energy spin class focused on building strength on the bike with power-based intervals, pushing you to ride hard and strong.

The Climb - simulates uphill rides with heavy resistance and sustained efforts. This class builds leg strength, stamina and cardiovascular power through challenging climbs and controlled intensity.

Jamie is an integral part of the Casbah Fitness story. As a long-time friend of Jason and Victoria, he has played a key role in turning the idea of the gym into a space that feels welcoming, energised and full of potential. ​

From connecting with early members to helping shape every class and corner of the gym, Jamie’s focus has always been on building a place where everyone feels part of something bigger.​

As Casbah Fitness grows, Jamie’s energy, vision and hands-on approach are helping to lay the foundations for a community that’s supportive, high-energy and unstoppable. ​

This small-group coached session combines progressive strength work with competition-style conditioning to take your performance to the next level.

Taught by Angus, our Membership Advisor & Class Coach – training since 16, with experience in HYROX, endurance running and the PARAS 10 (17.5kg pack run supporting mental health), he knows what it takes to push limits, both physically and mentally.
