Hey guys, Angus here.
We’re going to be launching our brand new classes really soon (before the full refurb is complete) because we want you to really understand what they are all about straight away.
You can expect functional, hybrid, full-body, bodyweight, bootcamp-style sessions, making full use of our brand-new track. These classes are all about moving well, building strength and feeling good.
If you’re new to this style of training, don’t be nervous, everyone is welcome. All levels, no egos, just good energy.
