Along his path to getting well Jason saw a niche in the market for

a personal training company with a difference, where personal trainers weren’t just based in a gym, a company that worked with you as a client taking every person as a individual and mapping out not just a fitness regime, but a healthy eating diet plan and coaching towards changing everyones attitude to getting healthy. Commit To Get Fit was born! – now Jason and his team are dedicated to your fitness goals, and they go above and beyond to get you there, mapping out your goals, making them achievable and guiding you along the way.

If you’re looking to build serious lower body strength, the Hack Press Machine is one you don’t want to skip.

Here, Jason breaks down exactly how to use it with proper form👇🏼

👉🏼 Keep your back flat against the pad
👉🏼 Position your feet shoulder-width apart
👉🏼 Lower with control - don’t rush the movement
👉🏼 Drive through your heels to power back up
👉🏼 Avoid locking out your knees at the top
