Commit To Get Fit was established in 2015 by Jason Henshall, after a serious incident where Jason was told he wouldn’t be able to walk or be able bodied again, Jason set out to prove everyone wrong and as he set out to get fit. Along his path to getting well Jason saw a niche in the market for a personal training company with a difference, where personal trainers weren’t just based in a gym, a company that worked with you as a client taking every person as a individual and mapping out not just a fitness regime, but a healthy eating diet plan and coaching towards changing everyones attitude to getting healthy.
