As I’m sure you all aware, Christmas is an extremely busy time of the year.
I’m so grateful for my loyal, supportive customers and their pooches who keep me busy, loving what I do, all year round.
Thankfully, I have been fully booked until the end of this year, for quite some time now.
But…. I am also a small business, just trying to pay my bills and keep on top of life.

If you really need to cancel an appointment, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This ensures I can offer the slot to another client. 🙏🏼

With that in mind, can I please remind you of the following terms and conditions, with regard to cancelling appointments.

As stated in my T&Cs, (pinned at the top of my FB page) the following charges will apply….

Less than 48hrs notice = 50% of appointment cost
Less than 24hrs notice/same day = 100% of appointment cost

Once paid, a further appointment can then be made.

I completely understand and appreciate that Christmas can be a struggle financially, and a worrying time for some, but I also have bills and a family to support, so late cancellations/no shows have a real impact.

With school holidays imminent, can I please remind you of the following terms and conditions.
I completely understand that our British weather is unpredictable, (although it doesn’t feel it at the moment!) and sometimes plans are made last minute, but I simply cannot afford to lose money because a client has woken up and decided to go to the beach that morning.
