‘I used to be so insecure and found it difficult to make friends – I’d assume people would be embarrassed of my size’ 💔.

Losing 1st 10.5lbs (11kgs) helped Bethan gain a whole new life. She’s now healthier, more confident and has even discovered a passion for being active… so much so, she’ll be lacing up her trainers to run the London Marathon this month as part of the Slimming World team 🤯.
