LDCI's is proposing to adopt new 'Articles of Association' at the AGM.

The new Memorandum and Articles follow the model provided by the Scottish Government and are suitable for the 'Community Right to Buy' process should LDCI seek to purchase land on behalf of the community in the future.

Members can vote on the resolution at the meeting.

If you would like to become a member or if you would like to find out more about LDCI' future plans - please feel free to come along to the meeting!

Not long now until Winterfest 2025 which is taking place on Saturday 6th December!
Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves have politely requested for people to NOT bring dogs along to the parade because the reindeer can get very spooked by even the smallest of doggies!
The reindeer parade will leave from the bottom of Main Street and make its way up to the Community Centre at 12 noon.
Please share this with anyone you may know!

LDCI is politely asking anybody who may have vehicles parked in the community centre car park to move them away for the duration of the Winterfest event (from the afternoon of Friday 5th December until 5pm on Saturday 6th December) to allow access for the funfair and Reindeer pen.
