Lambourn Pharmacy software failure: Please be aware that Lambourn Pharmacy has a software failure that is preventing electronic prescriptions from the surgery opening their end. If you have been issued a prescription from the surgery and you normally collect from Lambourn Pharmacy it will help if you have the NHS App. From there the pharmacy can see your prescription and dispense the medication. Otherwise the surgery will print what is called a "token" that allows the pharmacy to see the prescription. This is causing the surgery additional workload so please be patient with us as the Pharmacy try to resolve this problem.
Many thanks
